Agreement to Terms
By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Shopify's secure payment system.
Personalisation Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details (names, spelling, dates, designs) are correct at the time of ordering. We produce items exactly as ordered and cannot offer refunds for customer errors.
Product Images & Colours
We do our best to display accurate colours and details, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, fabric batches, or the handmade nature of our work.
Intellectual Property
All site content (designs, text, images, logos) is the property of DM Custom Designs and may not be reproduced without written permission. If you supply your own artwork or logos for personalisation, you confirm you have the rights to use them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
