Personalised Items

Because each piece is custom-made just for you, personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We can only accept returns or exchanges on personalised items if they arrive faulty or were made incorrectly. Please double-check spelling, dates, and design choices carefully before placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund — your choice.

Non-Personalised Items

Stock (non-personalised) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery under your cooling-off rights, unworn and in original condition. Buyer covers return postage unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

We can cancel or change your order if production hasn't started yet — usually within 24 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible if you need a change.
