Care Guide

Applique embroidery and sublimated garments are durable, but a gentle routine keeps colours vibrant and stitching crisp for years.

• Wash inside-out, cool

  Turn the garment inside-out and wash on a cool cycle (30°C / 86°F) with similar colours. Use a mild detergent.

• Air dry when possible

  Skip the tumble dryer — it can shrink fabric and lift stitching. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sun.

• Iron with care

  Iron inside-out on a low setting. Never iron directly over embroidery or printed designs — use a pressing cloth.

• Skip the bleach

  Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh stain removers — they can fade colours and weaken threads.

Laser engraved wood, slate, and acrylic pieces are designed to be cherished. A little dusting and the right environment is all they need.

• Dust gently

  Wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid abrasive sponges.

• Keep wood dry

  Never submerge wood items. For light marks, use a barely-damp cloth and dry immediately.

• Avoid direct sunlight

  Prolonged sun exposure can fade or warp wood and acrylic. Display in a shaded spot.

• Polish slate & acrylic

  A spritz of glass cleaner on a soft cloth (not directly on the item) brings back the shine.
