Processing Time
Because every item is personalised and made-to-order, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Larger or bulk orders may take longer — we'll always email you with an estimated dispatch date.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Free UK shipping on orders over £50
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen service.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. International orders may be available on request — please contact us before ordering. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.
