Why can’t I find my size?

In the event that your size isn’t showing on the product page, it means that the item you like is so popular that we have sold out. You must have a good eye for fashion. We are working hard with our suppliers to restock as soon as possible.

Delivery

Our small team will do all they can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. If you have ordered with a standard delivery, expect your order within a maximum of  10  working days. If you haven’t received your order by this time, please contact us.

Refunds

We only accept refunds on faulty unworn garments. Items should be returned within 14days of purchase (unworn, in original condition and packaging)  Valid refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Returns

Returns can only be accepted for faulty garments. Unfortunately we can not accept returns for (miss-spellings or sizing) It is the buyers responsibility to ensure all (wording is precisely correct) in the event of an error on our part we will happily offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns must be returned with the original tags attached (unworn and undamaged within 14days of receipt)
